Semifo Personal Conditioning Studio is a personal conditioning studio dedicated to addressing physical discomfort and movement concerns with specialized expertise. Each conditioning session is tailored to the individual's physical condition, so first-time clients are welcome to reach out with any questions.

In-person sessions are available in both Japanese and English, so clients from Japan and abroad can feel at ease. Online sessions (via Zoom) are available in Japanese only.

Our studio is primarily supported through referrals and word of mouth, and we do not advertise through SNS or paid advertising. We welcome many clients aged 60 and above, as well as those dealing with pain or injuries related to combat sports or other athletic activities.

All sessions are by appointment only. Please feel free to book directly, or contact us by phone or other means with any questions.

■Concerns We Support

We specialize in symptoms that are often difficult to improve through standard osteopathic treatment, as well as unexplained conditions (general malaise).

・Chronic pain and joint concerns: herniated disc, spinal canal stenosis, sciatica, osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, etc.

・Hand, foot, and joint issues: trigger finger, tenosynovitis, tennis elbow, baseball elbow, severe sports injuries, etc.

・Persistent physical discomfort: jaw pain, chronic nasal congestion, hyperventilation (shortness of breath), ongoing abdominal or lower-back pain, cold or burning sensations in the feet, etc.

・Mental and emotional concerns: interpersonal stress, insomnia or light sleep, strong anxiety or fear, ongoing irritability, etc.

※We also support long-standing symptoms that have been difficult to improve elsewhere. Please feel free to reach out.
